Reporting Copyright Infringement

  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Little Nightmares to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which you may be contacted.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid notification, we will promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.


If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To do so, please send an email to our Copyright Agent at [email protected]. Your counter-notification should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Little Nightmares may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of infringement or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the person who provided the initial notification with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days.

Repeat Infringers

Little Nightmares may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate repeat infringers. If you believe that an account holder or subscriber is a repeat infringer, please follow the instructions above to contact our Copyright Agent and provide sufficient information for us to verify such status.
